Sassy Cheryl's Challenge--Use Punches!!!

This week our hostess, for the Sassy Cheryl's Challenge is Kim. Kim chose the challenge to use punches on your card!!  That is an easy one for me...the hard decisions are which ones?!?  Here is what I came up with....


I have just been in the mood for Sassy Cheryl's wonderful snowmen lately so I colored a couple and used this darling Jump Snowman for the punch challenge today.  The main image is punched with a Spellbinder label 4 nestie.  The corners of the blue and white layers  were punched with the corner rounder punch.  The Blue Bayou layer was run through the cuttlebug dotted swiss embossing folder to look a little like snow flakes...okay, use your imagination...work with me here!!! LOL
The edge was sprayed with my copic airbrush system to highlight the border which I like to leave white.
The flowers were punched with an EK big flower punch and a QuickKutz flower die cut set.  A rhinestone was placed in the middle of the nested flowers and 3 additional rhinestones were placed in the upper right hand corner of the card.
A MS border punch was used for the band behind the snowman image going vertically.
The edges of all of the punched flowers and band were sponged with broken china distress ink.

Be sure you stop and see the rest of the dt projects, I know they will be awesome as always. 
As of my posting I do now know who the Guest Designer will be for the week of June 1 but it will be posted on the Sassy Cheryl's Challenge Blog.  The projects were all so wonderful  and it is not going to be an easy task to choose one Guest DT member.  Do not be discouraged if you are not chosen this time I know that there will be other opportunities when you least expect it to be the next Guest Designer.
