Family Recipe box for Bridal Shower
Hi everyone, just a quick post to show you the Recipe box I altered for my future DIL for the shower I am hosting in a few weeks. All the shower guests are family and friends and are being asked to bring 3 of their favorite recipes to share. I provided the recipe cards in the shower invites. Can't wait to see what they bring.

Oh, this is PERFECT Cathy! What a great way to treasure family recipes. It's perfect. Making me hungry and I don't even know what kind of recipes are in there. :)

Great idea and your colors are so cheerful. She will cherish this for years. Personal recipes are so much better than a cookbook off a shelf. I still have the one my Mom gave me 45 years ago at my shower. I love pulling out the cards and seeing her handwriting. It was so beautiful. I made my daughter one too when she married. Our's were just plain 3x5 index cards in a metal recipe box, not as beautiful as yours.
PS Don't forget to give her all the carry-out numbers for her area too! Ha Ha Ha
