Mo's Digital Pencil--For the Boys

We're back with a new Mo's Digital Pencil Challenge after having a two week challenge.  Our hostess this week is the super talented Anja, who has chosen the theme, For the Boys.  I just had to use, Zombified:

Totally adorable image Mo created for Halloween and I had to color him with green skin to look kind of frankensteinish, even though the name is zombified LOL.  I am such a rebel, I know !!! I chose some halloween dpp from my stash, a trio of brads for the side and a pumpkin patch charm.  The pumpkin is cricut generated and I added shadowing with copic markers, not sure I am thrilled with the end result of that but it is what it is, he looks happy at any rate :)

Be sure to check out the rest of the DT creations, I know they are going to be stupendous as always.  Gab a Mo's image and play along in the challenge remembering you have to use a Mo's image and for every 25 entries Mo gives a 5 dollar gift certificate to the Store in the random drawing.

Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful creative week :)

Sassy Cheryl's Challenge--School Days

Happy Tuesday and welcome to a new Sassy Cheryl's Challenge :)  The theme this week brought to you by the super talented Kecia, is, School Days.  I chose the darling new image,  Leave Nothing to Chance:

How can you not fall in love with this mischevious character, trying to decide whether to go to school or not and if he does whether or not to take an apple for the teacher LOL.  You have to get really creative when you Have to use a new image because it is soooo darn cute and it has to fit the theme.  Sometimes I have to get really creative with my sentiments :)  It works my brain overtime-- Pat loves it , don't let her tell you otherwise.  The apples are wood die cuts and a couple of green buttons hold the sentiments in place.  The fall plaid ribbon is from Michaels. I distressed the kraft oval behind Max just to make it more masculine.   The numbers are also wooden die cuts, love them :)

Be sure to drop by the Challenge Blog and check out the rest of the School Days creations by the Sassy sisters and then grab a Sassy Cheryl's image and play along for a  chance to win 2 images of your choice in the weekly random drawing.

Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful creative week.

Mo's Digital Pencil Challenge--Say it with Flowers!!

Thursday and that means it is time for a new Mo's Digital Pencil Challenge and I am once again the hostess and chose the theme Say it with Flowers...imagine that :)  I chose to use Make a Wish:

When you get to be my age you aren't as excited about Birthdays as you used to be and I thought this sweet little Mo's image blowing on a dandelion kind of fit my sentiment perfectly if you put the two together.  If I have to put the two together for you, the sentiment is : Birthday's Blow, LOL.  The Dandelion used to be a yellow flower.  I used a spiral flower I made on the right hand side center  and on the bottom left I used a pretty blue and white striped cs and added a turquoise butterfly. I would have made more flowers but I didn't want to hide the beautiful flowered dp and detract from the sweet Mo image :).

Be sure to check out the Challenge blog to see what the rest of the DT members have created for you to see and just a note, this is a two week challenge, which means you have two weeks to make and post your  Flower card to the posting.  So grab an image from Mo's Store and play along for a chance to win one of the 5 dollar gift certificates given for every 25 entries each week.  .

Don't forget also that we are searching for a few Guest Design Team Members for a 3 month term, so when you enter your Challenge card, if you want to be considered put GD behind your name.

Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful creative week./or two :)

Sassy Cheryl's Challenge--Lavendar and Lilac

Yippee!! Tuesday means a new Sassy Cheryl's Challenge and the Challenge theme this week is Lavendar and Lilac. I chose the image Sally's Fall Pumpkin:

I just love Sally with her little pumpkin, she reminds me of my girls at Halloween time going to the pumpkin patch picking out their little pumpkins, they treasured the whole season :) Colored her outfit in the chosen theme colors of Lilac and Lavendar and airbrushed the blue sky.   Mounted on a variety of Halloween dp I have in my gynormous stash of Halloween papers :)

I created the BOO banner using my spider MS punch and some bakers twine and a little Tim Holtz distress paint.   A couple of Halloween photo spider corners and my cute card ready for giving.

Be sure to drop by the Sassy Cheryl's Challenge blog and see what the rest of the DT girls have created for you to see in lavendar and lilac and while you are there grab a Sassy Cheryl's image and play along in the challenge for a chance to win 2 images in the random drawing held each week !!!

Be sure to take advantage of the Sale that Cheryl has in her shop each week-end, she picks a couple or three images to put on sale, what a deal.....

Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful creative day or week for that matter :)

Mo's Digital Pencil Challenge--Anything Goes!!!

I love the first Thursday of the month at Mo's Digital Pencil Challenge because it is Anything Goes as the theme for the Challenge and I got to use the new Winter image Mo just created called: Snow Pals:

Colored with  copic markers and my favorite white fur embellishment,  Signo uniball white gel pen, which is the only pen I use for any white pen trim that I need. They don't dry out and always leave a beautiful fluid trail.  They are a little pricey and hard to find but well worth the price. Love them.  I use for animal fur and fur on clothing, so I really love winter so I can add fur trim detail to these darling creations that Mo creates :)
I added a lamp post which I cut with my cricut and the globe is a 1/2 in circle punch of vellum which I sponged with distress ink and glued to the base, looks real  Huh?

A trio of hand made flowers  a picket fence, probably frozen :) and some snowflakes with jewel centers and my Anything Goes Card is ready for winter sharing.

Be sure to drop by the Mo's Challenge Blog and see what the rest of my talented team mates have created for you to see and remember that we are having a competition, if that is the correct term, to choose new Guest Design Team members for a 3 month term, so if you would like your Challenge entry to be considered for the GDT entry put the letters GD behind your name on your Challenge entry.  Remember you must use a Mo's image for the Challenge and there is a drawing every week from the entries and with a 5 dollar gift certificate given for every 25 entries.

Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful creative day.

Hugs

Sassy Cheryl's Challenge--Off the Page

It's time for a new Sassy Cheryl's Challenge and the theme this week, chosen by our super talented GD Joann is: Off the Page for which I chose The Good Little Witch Sally:

It is getting to be Fall in the Midwest, and that means it is getting to be nearly Halloween season.  I thought it was time to start making some cute Halloween cards and Sassy Cheryl's has some adorable images for the season.  Sassy Sally is dressed up as The Good Little Witch for this occasion and ready for the party along with her friends, the bat in the corner and spider in the lower bottom.  A couple of googly eyes to hold the goo border and a few halloween colored buttons and some orange and black polka dot ribbon and Sally is ready to wish someone a Happy Halloween !!!

Be sure to drop by the Sassy Cheryl's Challenge Blog and see what the rest of the DT sisters have created for your viewing pleasure and grab a Sassy Cheryl's image and play along in the challenge for a chance to win the random drawing for 2 images of your choice.  You must use a Sassy image for the challenge and Cheryl has been creating some awesome new ones lately that you are just going to love and there are lots of other images too.
