Are you ready for the first Mo's Digital Pencil Challenge of 2012??? The Theme is Anything Goes....I chose this adorable image that I have wanted to color for awhile, but the holidays took over with other images, so here is Georgia:
For some reason I could not get a clear picture of Georgia because I think my camera was focusing in on the gems I placed on the ribbons swirls, sorry about that.
Georgia was colored with copic markers and I tried to make her look like a little gypsy child as I believe that is her legacy and she seems to love the whimsical lifestyle and music of the tamborine.
I added a few handmade roses with a few punched sprigs of color. The rick rack border is a die cut and I cut two contrasting colors and mounted a crimped seam binding ribbon in the upper left corner,. The main image was cut from a spellbinder scalloped die cut and airbrushed while still in the die.
Be sure to check out the rest of the DT creations and see what they have created for you. I am ready to start the New Year with new creations and after having all of my family home for Christmas last week I am ready to get back to my normal routine.
Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful creative day!!!
Cathy
