Twofer Tuesday Challenges...Sassy Cheryl's Challenge!!! Riley and Company Challenge!!!

Happy Tuesday...Tuesday means another fun Sassy Cheryl's Challenge.  This week Jackie challenged us to use a Sassy girl image and ribbon....Great challenge Jackie!!  Here is mine:

I am sooo glad that Spring has finally made it's appearance here in the midwest, Omaha in particular, that I have been using a lot of flowers, pastel prints and using lighter colors with my copics... It's all Good!!!

Sassy Cheryl's has come up with some really awesome new images and you have got to check them out.  More will be released each challenge day so be sure to look for them.

This image is called Gentle Friends isn't it just the cutest image?   I thought the sentiment Hugs and Smiles is what this image says to me. 

The challenge is to use a Sassy Girl image and there are 95 to choose from so I know you can find one that is perfect for your challenge card :) and to also use ribbon.  Well I had the whole card done and  photographed before I realized that my two little tabs of ribbon under the flower may not qualify but I was five minutes from having to leave for work so in my world ribbon is ribbon and it is there so it qualifies :0

I have a Riley and Company Challenge card for you as well.  This week Silke is the hostess and she challenged us with a sketch challenge...my favorite challenges :)  Here is Arobic Sophie in Pink...lots of pink LOL!!!

If you know me you know that I don't usually use much pink and this is a lot of pink.  I colored this darling Sophie in pink and the card just took on a life of its own. 

The circles are spellbinder circle and scalloped circle die cuts.  The white bands at the side and bottom were embossed with a QuicKutz embossing folder I picked up at HL on Saturday.  I used my airbrush to highlight the raised lattice design with a pink copic marker.

The left scalloped border was punched with a MS punch.  The white flowers in the lower left corner are QuicKutz flower die cut that were sponged with Worn Lipstick Tim Holtz distress ink.

I added trios of white highlight dots on the sponged pink base panel for a little added interest.

I think I will call her Pinkie Moosecadero from Grease....LOL
