Yep, Thursday and Mo's Digital Pencil Challenge is here. The mega-talented Dawn is our hostess this week and created a wonderful Sketch for us to use. I love sketch challenges and this was no exception. Here is my twisted version:
Isn't this image, called Dormouse from the Alice in Wonderland series Mo is creating right now, just so sweet. I don't know if he is supposed to be sweet but I couldn't resist him, besides he was free for 24 hours yesterday. I colored with copic markers and sponged with distress ink.
The beautiful roses were a recent purchase from Hobby Lobby in the Quilling section. There are 4 different colors and 3 sizes of roses already punched and cut, all you have to do is roll them up and glue them together. Much faster than punching a circle, cutting the spiral and then rolling them, I like the look. I added some leaves and punched springs using a MS punch.'
You might notice the dp is the same as I used last week for my Rainbow Blog Hop card but it was just too perfect a print for a tea cup card...
Be sure you stop by the store to see all the awesome new images Mo has come up with this past week and check out the rest of the DT cards as they are awesome as well.
I forgot to mention I turned the sketch sideways to fit the image I wanted to use. I added the flower spray instead of a sentiment tag :)
Thanks for stopping by and have a great day.
Cathy
