Happy First Anniversary Mo's Digital Pencil Blog Hop--Rainbow

The Mo's Digital Pencil Challenge DT decided that rather than just a Challenge this week we would have a celebratory Blog Hop in honor of the First Anniversary of Mo's Digital Pencil.  If you are one of my regular followers, welcome, and if you want to join in the blog hop please start at the beginning which is:  the mega talented Dawn's Blog.  If you came here from Paola's blog , you are hopping in the right direction.  Can you believe Mo's creations have only been in the stamping world for a year?!?  The DT was each assigned a color and I was presented with Blue,  Here is my mostly blue creation:

Don't you just love the little baby bundle called Kai in the tub,  I thought this little bath tub Kai was just the cutest and hadn't created with her/him yet.  I  chose some dainty flowers and beige dp for this card and added a blue plaid flower and blue rick rack border between the two dp's.  The bubble embossing on the beige panel was created with a cuttlebug big spots folder.
The image was colored with copic markers and sponged with distress ink.  The water splashes , tub water and spilled water were covered with crystal effects for the true glistening water effect.
