Friday Hanna Stamps Challenge/Hanna Stamps Guest Designer Call final entry

My post today will be my Friday Challenge card for Sandra's wonderful stars and stripes challenge on Hanna Stamps and my final entry for the Hanna Stamps Guest Designer Call!

I'm embarrased to say that this is the first time my Teacher Hanna from Hanna Stamps has seen ink :0 I have had so much fun creating cards with my Hanna Stamps for the Guest Designer Call and if I am lucky I may get a chance to go to the second round of the Guest Designer Call. Wish me luck.

I created the card using a piece of notebook designer paper (stripes) and sponged around the edges with Tim Holtz distress inks, vintage photo, pine needles, and faded denim. I sponged the same colors on the white cs used for the card base. I used the many accessory stamps included in the Teacher Hanna set for the main card base to create my own dp.

Teacher Hanna is colored with copic markers and I stamped "teach" in the upper left corner and stamped "inspire" on a piece of white cs and cut to fit over the star I punched with my SU large star punch.

I added an antique button in the lower left hand corner tied with a piece of narrow brown checked ribbon.

Thanks for the great challenge Sandra, hope it fits the criteria :) and thanks to Hanna Stamps for the opportunity to show why I would like to be a guest designer and showcase their wonderful stamps.

Thanks for looking.

Cathy
