It's official I am a messer. I colored the deer, from the Christmas Blessings set from GinaK, and tonight I was playing with my Copic Airbrush system and airbrushed the background lightly with the same blue shadow copic marker. The photo does not really look as good as it does in real life but my daughter liked it and she always says what she means.
I mounted the top note panel on a piece of Stampin Up designer paper that I think may be retired called Polka Dots and Paisleys. I added a poinsettia that I colored the same blue shadow and mounted it on a piece of foam mounting tape to add some dimension.
I added 3 half pearls to the poisettia and 3 half pearls to the lower left corner a piece of organdy ribbon under the Top Note panel.
It is kind of a funky card and not my style but it was fun. I will be back to my normal coloring but thought it would showcase the Copic Airbrush use a little. That's my excuse and I am sticking with it.
I have a bunch of Christmas Cards that I have to get done so I will be back to serious cards now so please keep checking back to see what I am coloring next.
You never outgrown your need to color.
